Driving thought leadership and customer experience at major internal congress

The challenge  

At the back end of a two-day medical event we needed to create an event that generates excitement and energy for a commercial team who manage legacy products.

 

The solution

Develop a bespoke event concept based around creativity and a change in mindset, focusing on how to get patients out the maze and taking participants on a journey throughout the day.

What we did…

• Develop event branding concept

• Design the stage

• Design & create invite, email campaigns and GIF campaign

• Design & create note card for speakers

• Design name badges (including separate design for attendees, speakers and staff)

• Create opening videos, transition videos

• Create PowerPoint template for speaker slides 

• Speaker slide review, redraw & reference check

• Speaker briefing & rehearsal

• On-site faculty and technical support

The outcome

A hugely interactive event which amassed over 70 audience questions as we brought the audience on a journey of getting their patients out the treatment maze.
